Turnco Products, Inc. specializes in screw machining and production CNC milling. We are located 35 miles south of Chicago in Chicago Heights, Il., centrally located to better serve our customers from coast to coast. A brief description of our facility and capabilities are as follows:
7,200 sq. ft. manufacturing facility - Our facility is efficiently arranged for easy operational flow through departments.
Davenport, Index and Brown & Sharpe screw machines - We are capable of doing prototype work, short run, as well as large production runs in excess of 2,000,000 pcs. annually. We can turn round, hex, or square bar stock in sizes ranging from 1/16" through 2-3/8". Materials commonly used include brass, stainless steels, carbon steels, aluminum, copper, and plastics.
Haas Vertical Machining Centers - We have full capability for cross-drilling, tapping, and slotting, as well as production 3 and 4 axis CNC machining. Our current machining capacity is within a 30"X x 16"Y x 20"Z work envelope. Typical applications include machining from raw stock, and finishing of castings.
Miyano & Nakamura CNC Turning Centers - Live tooling and sub-spindle allows parts with milling, drilling, or back-working operations to be done complete before the workpiece is parted from bar stock. Bar working capacity is 2" dia. Maximum chucking capacity is 11.00" dia.
Strict adherence to quality - 80% of our current customers are ISO, QS quality certified. We are able to operate in full compliance with the guidelines and standards set forth by our customers that are so certified.
Cost conscious - We are well aware of our customers desires to keep their costs to a minimum. We aggressively quote all of our jobs to ensure cost savings.
